Phase Tournaments Running at PKR

PKR has just released a new way for players to turn a small bankroll into a large one without even using a huge PKR deposit bonus. It's called "Phase Tournaments", and it's a similar idea to Party Poker's step tournaments. How it works is that you can start in any phase sit and go you want, and all of the phases lead up to the final 5th phase, where the winner of the sit and go takes down $700.

So for example, if you buy into a Phase 1 sit and go for $3.60 and take 1st or 2nd, you advance to Phase 2 which is a $10.75 sit and go. Or, if you finish 3rd-5th in the Phase 1 sit and go, you get to repeat the Phase 1 for another shot at making it to Phase 2.

This theme reoccurs throughout each phase, with the top finishers advancing to the next phase, and the middle of the pack getting another shot. Also, once you get to the higher phases, the 7th place finisher drops down a phase but gets to continue playing.

If you're lucky enough to make it to the final phase, Phase 5, you're in for a treat. First gets $700, second gets $400, third gets $300, and 4th gets $200. Fifth-tenth however are eliminated.
