When it comes to online poker customer support is a huge part of whether a room succeeds or flops. Having a great support system gives players tons of confidence to play at the room, and will continue to deposit and play without worry. However, having a shabby support system will quickly kill your room because players will withdraw their funds and move on.
So, since we're a PKR.com specific blog we decided to test our PKR's support system and give you a full review. We'll start off by introducing their system. They offer 2 options of support: email and live chat. We wish they had a phone number you could call, but we'll have to deal with it. First we'll discuss the email support.
To send an email to PKR you use their email form. You have to enter your Name, Email Address, Subject, Message, and you have the option to attach a screen shot for a technical problem. After completing the form, we waited for the response. It arrived within the hour which isn't bad for online poker email support.
Ok, so now we'll try the live chat. This is where PKR really shines. After entering some basic information, the pop up live chat box came up, and told us we'd experience a wait of 23 seconds. This wasn't off at all, as a support rep quickly responded and offered help.
